Scope & Permit

We reconcile scope with conditions as we see it, price it clearly, and carry the documents through permitting - We will get you another independent engineer if needed

Restore

Repairs are completed, and the structure rebuilt to full structural capacity. Inspections by your engineer or we will get you one on-board with the plan

Protect & Verify

We paint & waterproof, make sure the work is perfect, all inspections are passed, and get you recertified
