What's involved

Scope of work

When deterioration reaches the primary structure, repairs have to respect the load path. As engineers, we execute signed and sealed structural scopes to intent.

  • Post-tension tendon repair and re-stressing
  • Structural steel treatment and replacement
  • Embedded steel and connection repair
  • Engineered shoring and stabilization
  • Crack injection (epoxy and polyurethane)
  • FRP and supplemental strengthening

How we work

From assessment to sign-off

01

Assess

We walk the building and review your engineer's scope and any inspection findings, then map it to your budget — flagging where the work can be phased or value-engineered for your engineer to sign off on.

02

Scope & Permit

We price your engineer's scope clearly and carry the documents through permitting. Don't have an engineer yet? We'll help you bring one on.

03

Restore

Repairs are completed and the structure rebuilt to full capacity, inspected by your engineer of record every step of the way.

04

Protect & Verify

We paint & waterproof, make sure the work is perfect, all inspections are passed, and get you recertified
